LCF Securities Ltd. (LCF) is a member of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd. and is licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius to provide investment dealing services, investment advice and to manage portfolios on a discretionary basis.
LCF was established in 2011 and has inherited the wealth of experience, knowhow
and goodwill upon acquiring the activities of Newton Securities Ltd (NSL). The acquisition was done on a going concern basis, with the management, staff and clients moving over to LCF. NSL was one of the founding members of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) in 1989. Its management and staff have been involved in the Mauritian and International markets, gathering experience and expertise over an extended period of time.

The founder shareholders of LCF are Rajiv Lutchmiah and Andre Chung Shui, who are executive directors of the company.
In January 2015, IBL Ltd (previously known as GML Investissment
Ltee), a listed diversified conglomerate which heads the list of the Top 100 Mauritian companies and the third largest company in the Southwest Indian Ocean region, has acquired a minority stake in LCF Group and has subsequently increased its stake to 60% in 2017.
